Exchanges & Returns
I bet you will be in love with my arts, but in case you ever need to return, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order so we can proceed.
We take great care to package our orders correctly. However, if you have received the wrong or a faulty item, please reach out to us via email within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange for an exchange.
All sales items are final. Unfortunately they do not qualify for exchange, returns or refunds.
Any action for return, exchange or refund needs to be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as our henna cones cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, the amount will automatically be credited to your bank account as soon as possible. Once the process is completed, you will be notified by email. Please note that the refund can take a few days to process.
